Hi, Friends!
As some of you may know, I've written about the yearly televised Godzilla American Idol for a few years now over at PhillyBurbs.com. As it seems that neither the current cloud of these economic times nor Rod Blagojevich's giant taint have yet to touch the niche blogging industry, I will be blogging over there once again. After a few years of Sanjayas and crazy Paulas and Randy's sparkle cowboy shirts, I'm feeling TIRED. So, my question for you is -- What do you want out of your Idol blog reading experience?
I'm looking for new ideas and challenges. Basically, I want you to do the hard part of my job for me. What kinds of posts do you want to see? What do you definitely not want to see? If you had been a reader of my posts previously, what worked and what didn't? I write to serve you.
Love.

I suppose it goes without saying, but I'm going to say it anyway. "Randy's Ramblings" are your back pocket. They make me warm and squishy. Inside.
As for actually being helpful, I got nothin'.
I've been feeling that the Ramblings have gotten a bit stale. I will probably only bust those out once or twice. I think it's because The Dawg was downright coherent most of last season.
The producers should start slipping random drug cocktails into the judges' Coke cups. One week, meth, the next week, ludes. That would make for some good TV.
I agree with B-Dub. The Ramblings are great. Even greater still are Paula-isms. Perhaps, this season, we can be treated to DioGuardi-berries or some other treat like that. I need to find my new WHOO! count. I miss it so.
I, too, love the Ramblings. If it's spring and I'm sitting at the computer in the middle of the night and laughing so hard that I wake the kids up, that's probably it.
Just keep on keepin' on.
